I had a toothache which I had gotten antibiotic for. I called Briggs because they are right next door to us. They worked me in and asked me after looking at it whether I wanted it cared for yet, that day after I was expecting to need to come back another day. I was impressed with the efficiency .

What really stands out is how flexible they are with scheduling appointments – they always manage to find a time that works for my busy life. As a parent, I especially appreciate how great they are with kids. My children actually enjoy going to the dentist! I was accepted as a new patient and was seen by the doctor right away. My previous dentist could not be reached (after 3 attempts) to share x-rays. Dr. Nauss’s assistant very efficiently got whole mouth x-rays without further wait. I left with a plan for my dental work, including insurance estimates. They scheduled my next appointment to my satisfaction. I’m well pleased with the professionalism of the entire team at Briggs Family Dentistry Just got the semi annual cleaning with Brittany. I actually enjoyed the process and recommend her for your next cleaning. .
